The team at Thrive Together Therapy will emphasize a positive, welcoming environment, as well as leverage new evidence-based technologies and innovative approaches, offer comprehensive training for families, and maintain strong oversight and collaboration. To further differentiate from competitors, Thrive Together Therapy will add Speech and Occupational therapy services to provide a multidisciplinary approach to therapy, as many of the ABA clients also require these additional therapies. Speech and Occupational therapy are planned to be added after the ABA therapy clinic is operational and servicing clients.
Our Team
The team will initially consist of the following:
- ABA Therapists – Oversees the entire behavior-analytic treatment process, from an assessment and program design to implementation, data analysis, and collaboration with the client’s support network.
- Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) – Paraprofessionals within the ABA field who deliver the ABA therapist’s treatment plans under the supervision of the ABA therapist. RBTs provide direct care and support to clients.
